Arrived quickly and was perfect.
Misspelt the dogs name first time but they resent a new one after I went through Jane about it! Good product
The wrong phone number is on it and it took too long to arrive.

Ordered this on 11/14 with an expected ship date of 11/28. I emailed the seller and never heard back. I had to go as far as emailing Jane.com. They finally shipped on 12/1 without responding to me and got it on 12/6... luckily before the child’s 1 month “birthday”. The blanket was super soft and the printing was nice but the month numbers were printed on the edge overlapping the seam. This was a gift and it looked awful. I felt so bad giving it in that condition but had no choice bc I knew if I contacted the seller again, I would never hear back. Seems like they forgot my order and rushed the print to get it out to me. Very disappointed.

Very cute coasters. Smallish, but that doesn’t bother me. 1 was broken when I received them, but another was sent out right away. No questions asked!
Received the wrong ornament, seller did not reply to my email that I sent 5 days ago requesting the correct one be sent. Looking at the reviews, it seems common for seller to send wrong item or get the monogram wrong.
