I received my personalized mat, which took a long time, and I was not happy with the size as my bowls just fit on the mat. The one that is in the picture is not that size so make sure you look at the size. Also, the print is not printed well and when I reached out to the seller she said that's the font I chose and the size was online. The picture is deceiving.
The dimensions of this item was listed on the Jane deal. They measure 10x16". The design you selected had the "brushed script". The sample showed it to appear as if it was a painted look. Thank you for your feedback...

Pet tag was very cute!
This is so cute. It has totally prevented the messes our puppy was making before we got the mat. The personalization also turned out really well. Great quality!

Poor quality of metal, the back of the tag is silver rather than having the pattern on the back too.

Really nice!
I got the item quickly, but my two dog tags I ordered looked awful. The names were crooked and almost hanging off the actual tag. I felt that they were rushed and not checked prior to sending. I did get a quick response when I emailed, which was nice and they are now sending me two new ones. I am hoping these two are going to look much better than the ones they sent me. I feel that each tag needs to be checked before they ship them out. They looked nothing like the display pictures.
