This bag is soooo much cuter than the picture shows! This was a gift for my daughter’s new car. She absolutely loved it.

Received in a timely manner. Perfect.

I’m not impressed with the cheap quality or the placement of monogramming.

I never received it and I ordered it a month ago. No shipping info or anything. Don't have any way to contact them either.

Okay, seem small but I haven't put them in my truck yet so we'll see!

First, I emailed them and asked about my ship date because this was a Valentine's Day present and scheduled to ship 2-13, NO response. Then i received a package in the mail on 2-5 and it was not my pillow i ordered it was someone elses order. I emailed again and still NO response. Horrible customer service.
