Pineapple was not center on the mouse pad and the stripes were crooked. Contacted seller 2 times thru e-mail with no response.

Cute but bigger than expected
I placed an order with this vendor on March 6 for a Personalized Baby Blanket and received the wrong name and in the wrong color. I emailed them twice about the incorrect order, and contacted them once through their Etsy site. They did not respond to my inquiries until I contacted Jane and told them about their ignoring my attempts to resolve the issue. Finally, Cherry Tree Lane Designs responded and sent me the correct blanket that I was wanting to give as a gift for a baby shower. The item arrived on April 4, almost a MONTH after I originally placed my order. Customer communication is everything if you want to keep your customers. While I do like the blanket, I will NOT be ordering from this company again because of their lack of response in a timely manner to resolve the issue.
Super cute BUT didn't come with anything to attach to collar...so its still not on her until I can get something!
