I am pleased the product overall, bit thinner than I expected, but OK. The package was damaged in shipment (I have photos) and the envelope was torn open. The ring to attach the tag to the collar was damaged and the product itself was covered with black engine grease - as was the envelope itself. The USPS put the envelope in a plastic bag to protect it more and so the grease wouldn't dirty anything else including the hands dealing with it (postal carrier and recipient).

The wrap smells really strong. I tried washing it by soaking it with dish soap and water and still smelled and make my hands smell.
