Great customer service. My order was lost in the mail- once I contacted Cherry Tree Lane, they responded immediately and sent a replacment. Couldn't be happier.

Although this tag is cute it doesn’t seem like it will last very long. The plastic is very thin and cheaply made. Second item I’ve ordered from Jane that I’m disappointed in. Not looking forward to my third item to arrive. Will never order from Jane again.

I never received it and seller did not respond to multiple emails.

I am pleased the product overall, bit thinner than I expected, but OK. The package was damaged in shipment (I have photos) and the envelope was torn open. The ring to attach the tag to the collar was damaged and the product itself was covered with black engine grease - as was the envelope itself. The USPS put the envelope in a plastic bag to protect it more and so the grease wouldn't dirty anything else including the hands dealing with it (postal carrier and recipient).
