I was so excited to receive this dog tag until I received it with the wrong phone number. Double-checked my order, and I did specify the correct phone number. I emailed the shop owner and still haven't received a response. I understand mistakes are made, but it's frustrating to pay for something that's incorrect and not get it resolved.
