They sent me the wrong bookmark. It has been two months of emails requesting for the correct bookmark to be sent. They constantly tell me that it will 'ship out the next day' but it doesn't. I finally asked for a tracking number on 9/14 (I ordered on 7/31) and they haven't responded. The bookmark itself is fine but the hassle with customer service isn't worth it if they make a mistake. I have reached out to Jane to get a response. As a small business owner myself, I am more than patient but my patience runs out when communication literally stops.
