Apparently I selected a design I didn't intend to and with the custom text I chose, the design and text weren't fitting for each other. Please, Cherry Tree Lane Designs, double check via email with the customer to make sure that's what he/she intended to order.

Ordered dog tag and the print was faded. I've contacted the seller twice for a replacement, no response.

My kids loved them!

Smaller than I thought they would be. I ordered 2. One was perfect, the socond one which was celebrating my daughter and her family's first Christmas together wasnt at all like the image on the app, looked very different and cheap. Kind of disappointing.

Sadly, I didn't realize they had changed these ornaments from the ones that looked similar last year. They were a hit last year so I order 5 more as gifts this year. I was disappointed at how thin the new metal was. The picture was not very clear on one and one of them was not centered. After looking back I realize they are $2 cheaper this year. I just wish I would have realized sooner.

I mistook the picture number for the design number so didn’t get exactly what i hoped for but the quality was good
