Extremely small. My lab can’t lay down on it because it’s so small. The print doesn’t look very good.

Not what I expected. And was not personalized as I thought I ordered. Seems cheap to me.

Love the item, but the day after purchasing we found out our girl kitten was actually a boy, so I sent an email immediately (the day after ordering) needing to change the name on the mat. No one ever responded to the email, and now I have a mat with the wrong name.

The tag itself is fine but I was sent the wrong design. My first contact with the seller they asked for a picture, but then I didn’t hear anything else and haven’t had the correct design sent to me or been offered a refund.
