The only reason I’m giving this a 3 is because they messed up my mug three times. The first time, they sent be one that had 2 patterns printed onto the mug on top on of each other. The second one they sent me was broken and had cracked and pieces broken off. The third one they sent me has 2 patterns printed on top of each other again. I finally emailed the seller and told them to forget sending me another one. If it takes more than 3 times, I don’t want to mess with it anymore. The sellers customer service was wonderful though! They got back to me each time! I just don’t understand why after 3 tries, they still can’t get it right....
