It’s ok. I thought from the pictures there was an actual wooden frame around it. It’s fine for what it is but it’s just a flat ornament with an image on it to look like a wooden frame. I guess that’s what ordering while nursing at 4 am will do. My parents will still love it.

My personalized Santa placemat never arrived. It looks like it was shipped to Texas, but my shipping address is in Kansas. I have tried to reach out via email, but no response yet.

I honestly thought this would have the chenille letter patch on it. That’s the only reason I bought it. Clearly I didn’t read the fine print in the description, so it’s my fault. However, I think “screen printed” should be in the item title as well as making it very obvious to the buyers.

I bought this for a first time mom. Perfect size and so soft!

I was expecting the actually decal of a letter .. not just a printed version of these decals. After looking back at the description — it does say printed — so my fault I missed that but I would have never paid this for a printed version. It looks super cheap!

Arrived with broken zipper. Extremely disappointed

Received my pillow cover with and additional adult male that I didn’t request. Now I need to try and get the correct order…..

My order came in wrong and when I contacted directly I was told I would get the correct order shipped to me, it has been over 2 weeks and they will not answer any more of my emails and I have not received the replacement!
