First item showed up and the personalization was the wrong font. One email, and they were very quick to replace it. Great customer service, and great quality product!

It’s cute but doesn’t work with any of the assorted collars we have(& we have lots), won’t go over the buckle of the collars.
The two I ordered with the definition of teacher were adorable, however the one that said teach, love, inspire came out off centered. Part of the t in teach was cut off.

Bought two as gifts for mother and bride to take on their island wedding. They loved the size and how soft the towels are. I made a good purchase for them.
