Cheap not ceramic but cute

Ordered 9/19 and they still haven’t shipped

I have not received this order it was placed on Sept.19th. I have had to contact the sold by vendor twice. When I told them on 10/8 the item had not shipped they sent it to ship that day but the package still hasn't shipped. USPS has not created a shipping label so may package is just sitting. I am not a happy customer.

Perfect pet mat!! We love it!

I got the heart shape in the mint with pink flowers. OUr dog had formerly had this product in the white floral bone and the name and phone number do show up better in the bone shape with a white background. The heart is precious, though. Turnaround time was very quick and the tag was all correct even though our dog has an unusual name. It's pronounced " Bliss" but is spelled " Blysse". Thank you, Cherry Tree Lane Designs. If you have multiple small dogs with microchips, these small name and mobile phone contact number tags are just right for sweet small dogs.
