Products came and personalization was all correct! I was pleased with the colors of all 6 designs I ordered!
I would recommend reading the fine print. The mug will say hot cocoa on it. So, if you simply want a name put on this is not for you. I did try to contact them but was told they have too many emails to respond to everyone.
They are so soft and can't wait to give them as presents this Christmas.
My grandson's dogs will love these!
I ordered 2 mouse pads. One of the mousepads I received was not what I ordered. I contacted the seller on October 29th. They responded on November 1st appologizing and they would mail the correct one right away. I responded asking if I should mail the wrong one back. I never got a response and haven't received the correct mouse pad as promised. The mousepads are great quality just wish I got what I ordered since they are personalized.

I ordered 2 of these for my son’s teachers. Personalization and graphics came out good and what was shown on the listing. I must have missed the part of the description on what the ornament was made out of. I was disappointed to see that it was a very thin piece of metal, had I known I wouldn’t have ordered.
Very Cute! Was hoping it was double sided and thicker but that still doesn't take away from how adorable.

I bought 4 of these for my friendsgiving and one of the names doesn't match how the other ones were positioned which bothers me (it isn't a long name either- ALEXA)
They are cute, and I can use them as gifts. However, they are not the quality I thought they were going to be, so I will have to get small gifts to go with them. It is simply a print on sticky paper and then stuck on a round piece of metal. I have to tie the ribbon. The print is not the clearest. They just simply aren't what I expected.

Looks and feels really cheap. Was hoping to gift this to my sons teacher, but will be getting something else. If you look closely to the animal print border, it looks smudged in person, like it was an error in printing. Just really cheap. Do not buy.
