Absolutely adorable great workmanship

I received the wrong tag. I know mistakes can happen so I’m hopeful the seller will work to resolve this matter.
I thought this would be a plastic mat that would prevent water from getting onto my wood floors. The mat is essentially a giant mousepad that retains water, and ultimately ended up damaging my floors. I have non-slip pet bowls, so although this item is very cute, it is not functional at all.
Purchased as a birthday gift - great personalized gift.
