Got for my mother for Christmas and she loves it!!
I have not received my mug yet! It’s been 10 days past expected ship date and not heard back from the seller. I’m assuming they got swamped with Christmas orders. Hoping to get the mug sometime this month.

I received the wrong tag. I know mistakes can happen so I’m hopeful the seller will work to resolve this matter.
I thought this would be a plastic mat that would prevent water from getting onto my wood floors. The mat is essentially a giant mousepad that retains water, and ultimately ended up damaging my floors. I have non-slip pet bowls, so although this item is very cute, it is not functional at all.
Purchased as a birthday gift - great personalized gift.
