Ordered 5 tags. Took much longer to process bc their printer was broken. When I finally received order 2 were incorrect. Emailed company, said my email “went to junk folder”. Didn’t get a response until I reached out to Jane customer service and got them involved.

I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience. In the midst of processing thousands of orders, our printer died. Which set our processing time behind and unfortunately, allowed mistakes to slip through the cracks.
