I ordered #104.Bone with flowers. I received a bone with elephants, that wasn't even a choice. I contacted seller who said their was a glitch in their system and the correct ones were shipped out. I wonder if I would have been notified of this error had I not inquired. The product is cute. Much smaller than I thought it would be. Hopeful to receive correct bone.

I ordered 2 pet tags. I had ordered from this company before without any issues and loved my product. However, this time I received the wrong order & am unable to notify the maker & have the mistake fixed. I ordered the cactus print & received some chevron design instead. Not cute or what I wanted at all.
Cute design. I was expecting more of a waterproof material, this is more similar to a mouse pad material. So far my four-legged daughter loves it.
