I love the personalization!

Ordered on April 17th. The listing said it would mail no later than May 3. Last week I emailed to inquire when it would ship and never got a reply. I am understanding but communication is key and this seller lacks in this area. Sadly, I don’t have the item but would not recommend. It’s May 16

I ordered this product a month ago and still haven’t received my package. Very disappointed! I bought two of them and spend $35 dollars and it has been almost a month and half later and still being processed. I have contacted the seller requested a refund and they wouldn’t refund my money and all they said was they were busy. Don’t order unless you are fine paying for something and waiting a long time to actually receive what you purchased...

Still waiting for mine... should have shipped over a week ago. Shop says is due to low staffing.. even though I saw the listing again last week. If you don’t mind waiting in a product you kind of need now with the way the items are go ahead and order but I wouldn’t... I don’t know when I will see mine? 2 months from now maybe.

I ordered the stripe with flowers thats not what they sent me.They sent me whatever they wanted to I guess. Cheaply made. doesnt look like anything in the pictures. Don't waste your time ordering. If I could upload pictures I would.

I was expecting them to be hard pieces, not spongy but I'm sure it says so in the description and I overlooked it.
