Very soft and cute! It is pretty small though and I don’t like how the K looks, almost looks like an R.

The actual tags look fine. A little blurry, but still legible. My issue is the contradictory directions. It says to have “2 lines” on the back, and the print will be exactly as you type it in. To me, that meant indicate what you exactly you want on each of the two lines. I guess I shouldn’t assume that someone would understand that I didn’t literally want “line 1” and “line 2” printed on the tag, but it’s there, so I guess I’ll deal with it.
The product is very cute but after I put my oil on it, the scent only lasts a short time. I will try with a different brand of oil but so far I am not impressed
