Ordered for Christmas gift

I ordered the baseball one. It’s cute but there was some bleeding from the red print of the baseball. It’s not entirely ruined but not ideal.

Would have been perfect, but they sent the wrong sports ball, was supposed to be a soccer ball, but received a volleyball instead :(

The ornament I ordered came printed crooked. It was a gift for my daughters teacher. It was too late to get another one because school was already out and I had already replaced the gift. Instead of a refund like I requested twice, the shop send me another ornament that I received a week after school was out, and ignored my requests for a refund. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
