Ordered on 9/24 and still have not received this item. Shipping was estimated to have gone out on 10/10, its 10/21 and still nothing.update-- I received the item yesterday 10/24 and it looks great!!! -

This was supposed to be a gift and there was no place to put the address on the order. I emailed Cherry Tree Lane with the address I wanted on the ornament. Never heard anything and when the ornament arrived it had my address. Very disappointing.

I have a grandson who just loves hot chocolate. I know he will enjoy having his own personalized mug. It's very nice.

I got this for a gift for my daughter and I think she will be very pleased with it.

I was disappointed with the size of this cup. I bought one for each of my kids and planned to put hot cocoa bombs in them but they're not big enough. For the price I paid I just thought they would be the normal size of a coffee cup.

Ordered 9/24, today is 10/18, Still have not received this product yet, nor have an idea of when it will be shipped. After emailing the seller, was told there was a delay due to the hurricane (understandable). Just wished the seller would’ve reached out first and let me know that there was going to be a delay and an estimated timeframe.
