I received the wrong color. I ordered hot pink and received chocolate brown. I emailed to explain, and was quickly responded to saying my item would be replaced. I never received it, so I emailed again and was responded to again with an apology and that they would check on my order...I have since emailed 2 more times and now apparently am being ignored I have yet to receive the corrected item or been offered a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED and would not recommend this company VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I like the diffuser book page holder, but I would have liked some instructions with it as far as what it is and how to add oil to it. I got it as a gift, so now I have to write up something to let her know what it is for.

My package arrived without the coaster. I emailed them immediately & they said they would fix it.. it's been 2.5 weeks & nothing yet. I sent a follow up email to ask when it would ship & no reply.

The quality is great! It's going to be a Christmas gift for my nephew and I will fill with hot chocolate supplies but I think it's great and he will love that it has his name on it.

Entirely what was advertised to me!! It is exactly as shown. I love it!! Its very light and doesn't sound like its metal... more like plastic. I would recommend this product!
