Super soft! I bought one for each of my "grand dogs". Would love to purchase again.

I contacted the shop back on November 16th to replace one of the stickers I ordered They printed the name in black ink and you could not read it. I asked them to reprint the name using white ink. They responded on Nov 20th and have not contacted me since then On top of that I never received the replacement or my money back
