I love this bracelet, but I took a star off because of the connection hook - it gets hooked on EVERYTHING and causes snags in my cardigans. If that changed, I love the bracelet so much, I would buy every color! UPDATE: seller reached out & has a lobster clasp option! They are sending me a replacement for the one I already bought, and putting one on another I purchased

Ordered three rings, two of them had my sons names on them filled in with black. Within three days the black was gone and you can’t even read the names anymore. I messaged them two different times hoping there was something that could be done and they never even got back to me. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing from this shop again.

Update, the seller contacted me to offer a full refund of the order to correct the problem. Very fast response. I ordered style 13, which looks like white beading with a white tassel. I received a style not shown in the selection of brown beading with a orangish brown stone.
