Update: the company reached out to me and is replacing the necklace with the corrected spelling and they couldn't be nicer about it. I think the link on the contact the seller button on the Jane page must not have been working because they never received any of my emails. I reached out to Jane customer service and the connection was made. It's nice to get an apology for an error even a minor one like this. They made it right without hesitation and the new necklace is one its way to me. Great customer service. Looking forward to gifting this necklace. This company is stellar! I love my rings. I chose the rhinestone spacer ring and the entire set is so pretty! They feel like they are of good quality and the stamping looked good.
