Very appealing to the eye, but VERY cheap. The ring and stone broke the first day I wore it. Very disappointed…

Very disappointed!! The ring I received was beautiful but, I ordered 2 rings and paid for 2 rings but only received 1. I have contacted the seller through Jane to let them know I only received half my order and received no response from them at all. I usually have great success on Jane but will definitely not order from this seller again. UPDATE: Thank you for your very quick response to me on this and thank you for sending me the ring. It's beautiful and great quality!

**Updated: the seller is sending new chains for us and I am hopeful they will not turn so quickly. I am grateful for the communication and for the willingness to fix the problem.** I bought 4 of these (1 for myself and 3 for gifts) and within just a few days not only did the chain turn but it gave me a bad rash around my neck. I am so embarrassed that I gave them as gifts.

They are fine. Unhappy that one of the two rings I received was flawed - the stone is not completely oval and doesn't fill the metal out which makes it actually look like a cheap costume ring.
