I bought the textured ring and I its SO cute and shipping was SO fast but I wore the ring for two days and the wire started coming off from around the ring. I reached out to the seller and they were WONDERFUL and sent me a new one but the same thing happened AGAIN a few days later. Super cute ring!

But it turns out you actually got the bracelet your ordered. You mixed it up with another by mistake, you ordered and received simple and classy, but meant to order Silver beaded bracelet). We have emailed you back every time and said we would be happy to exchange the bracelet for the bracelet that you actually meant to order. But you did in fact receive the bracelet and the bracelet that you ordered.
