The rings looked like they were stamped by a 3 year old. Around where it was stamped the metal was very jagged. Instead of looking classy like the pictures showed, they looked very cheap. Very disappointed!!!

The rings didn’t fit properly and the seller decided to blame Me for this. They were COMPLETELY rude, did not offer refunds and wanted me to ship them back to have them “size them” even though the 3 rings were all different. They only offered for me to send them back and pay more to have another set sent. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!

Hey Claire, we are so very sorry. We have been emailing you right away, we offered to send you a return label FREE . As we explained in the email, we said that we need the rings back so we can measure them. We need to know what size they are. We also said you can go get them measured and send us a photo. We only need to know the size these rings are so we can make them in the correct size. If they measure a true 7 we would need to make them in a size 8, if they measure small like a 6 we would know to make a size 7. Without them we don't know what size they are. We have not tried to upset you at all. We also offered to make a new set for a WAY lower price if they are in fact the correct size. We only don't offer refunds on these rings because we can not resell them. However with you being so upset we are going to offer a refund just so you can be happy. We again are VERY Sorry, and have been nicely emailing you back every email. Times are too tough right now to upset people. And to say we have horrible service hurts, because we take major pride in our customer service. We never ever want to upset anyone, or make them pay more of their hard earned money if they don't need to. This is why we offer a lower price for anyone who orders the wrong size. And if we did send you the wrong size we will own that every time and ALWAYS send the correct size for free. In this case we just needed the ring measurement so we knew what size to make. Sorry about this and we hope the refund can help

The names on my ring are VERY hard to read. I would recommend getting the blackout on the words. The lettering is also very crooked. The fit and look of the rings together is great, but the lettering needs help.

We can either add the black fill for you or tell you something you can buy that is good and very reasonable priced so you can add the black fill yourself:) I love the look of black fill, but I also really love the simple look of no fill especially on the Rose gold or Gold bands.
