Absolutely beautiful. I picked the silhouettes that resemble my children perfectly.

These are beautiful and her choice of silhouettes allows one to find *their child* for the portrait. My order arrived with a little crinkle in the corner, amd she immediately reprinted and resent it. Amazing seller and amazing product!

Very unique!
In the first place, the item comes poorly printed. Beyond that the seller poorly packaged it in an envelope with no padding, no cardboard,, nothing to keep it safe so it came bent, creased and ruined. When I asked for a reprint I was told that it could be reprinted in 2 weeks and then shipped out. That wouldn't work as I had to frame it and mail it myself and it would not make it in time. When I told this to the seller, she said she could express ship but I still had to wait until the 16th for it to be printed. I then asked for a refund and she told me she would only do half and then proceeded to tell me that she was offended that I called her out on the poor packaging and that the customer isn't always right. She thinks she was doing me a favor by being willing to express ship AFTER the 16th. But she wasn't. If I didn't need it this early I wouldn't have ordered this early! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! THE QUALITY SUCKS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE!
I ship my prints in a heavy duty cardboard mailer and place a bright red "do not bend" sticker on the package. Unfortunately, once in a great while the post office handles them poorly and they get bent. Whenever this happens, I send out a new print. I actually told her I would see what I could do to get the print shipped out quicker than the 16th but I guess she missed that part of my letter,. I never said I was offended about her "Calling me out" LOL, because I know my packaging is appropriate for what I am mailing. I was truly going to try to get her the print as quick as I could but she never gave me a chance. She wrote me with lot of insults and exclamation points.. Sad situation because if she would have just been more patient it may have worked out, there were other options.
The picture is not crisp, unlike the pictures shown It also does not take up the entire 8x10 area In order to frame it and not have it look weird, I'm going to have to trim it significantly
Hi Melissa, for the print you ordered, number 3, the example shows it trimmed in a square frame whereas 8x10 is a rectangle frame.
