There was a mistake with the order, one digit. So I sent a picture of the stamp and address envelope that it was mailed to see the incorrect address zip. Refused to give any customer service. So apparently there is no attention to detail from this company. I wouldn’t recommend the quality isn’t great either to be honest.

Kathy, As I explained in my email to you, it’s the customers responsibility to enter their personalization correctly. We don’t compare the personalization and shipping address because of this. Your stamp was made as ordered. The zip code was entered wrong by you. Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable according to Jane’s return policy. Therefore, we don’t accept returns.
