The quality of the desk pad is far greater than I anticipated. This thing survived a trip through the washer (delicate cycle, cold) after a traumatic experience with pest droppings in my classroom. 😖 The thick backing is definitely doing its job! I would hang it to dry instead of using the dryer to be on the safe side.
