Never received the blanket I paid for. I sent this company an immediate response over email as directed by Jane about sending it to a new address. Immediately after I made the purchase. They claimed they never got the email. . At either locations. My purchase from this company never came. I have reached out to this company to make things right and they are not willing to make this right.

I love the lunch bag and the quality, but the monogrammed name was not centered at all like in picture.

Great customer service! A littler thinner than I thought it would be so I was disappointed in that area. Otherwise, happy with the seller :).

Really want to love this blanket it is really nice and soft, but it was not packaged well when it was shipped. It was just put in a plastic shipping bag which was ripped somewhere along the way. The blanket got all dirty from the packaging getting torn and the blanket I ordered is white and now stained. I have washed it multiple times and treated it with stain remover but still can't get one stain out. Still a beautiful soft blanket just disappointing.
