Cheap fabric. See through. Only printed on one side. Not happy with it ...

Wrong flag sent to me. Contacted seller. They gave me a label to send it back and told me to contact Jane directly for refund. Still waiting to hear anything back on it from Jane. Was not thrilled that I had to mail out the item when they made the mistake. The flag I got was was thin. Note, the design is on one side only.

Cute flag but one sided.

Package received minus the flag- the package was ripped open only thing in it was the receipt of my order. I emailed the company and never heard back.

I don't like that they are one-sided. I tried to view the product after I received but cannot locate it on your site to confirm one-sided or double-sided.

This flag look awful in person... ITS ALSO PRINTED ONLY ON ONE SIDE!!! I have never seen that before. This was my first product from Jane I did not like. I will not be ordering anymore....

Never received item

I ordered Merry and Bright. The stitching was crooked at the top; therefore, the words were not straight when the flag was hung.

I ordered several flags. Buyers beware that #22 is not spelt correctly. I asked for a refund for #22 and they assured me it was spelt correctly and would not refund me for that flag. They also replied to the wrong name when they addressed the issue, and my name was clearly stated in the email. Perhaps this is why #22 is spelt incorrectly. I will not buy from this boutique again based on customer service.

Hi, I never received the 2 flags I ordered back in April. They were supposed to be a mothers day gift, and its been over 10 days from the ship date and even the carrier has said to reach out to the merchant. Who has not responded to any of my emails. Overall I'm actually disappointed with Jane. I was always skeptical of ordering off sites like this. And then I ordered 4 things from Jane and 1 of which was just horrible, nothing like the description, and now the other are these 2 flags. Which may not ever arrive! Taking my business elsewhere.

Who makes a garden flag printed on ONE side??? Don't waste you money!

Only one sided

Don’t see mine lasting too long- we’ll see how the quality holds up.

I was really disappointed when I received my flag and the design is only printed on one side.

My order took FOREVER. I asked it be cancelled, but they would not cancel my order. They did tell me that each flag is made when ordered. They do not keep stock. Once receiving the flag, I was shocked at the thin/cheap material. It is pretty, but I will not be purchasing a flag from them again.

Very thin, when you contact them for a refund they just refer you to the original page. They’re not nice and i would never buy from this small shop again. I love supporting small shops, but not this one. Won’t allow you to send back for a refund, even though they could resell it. The item isn’t personalized.
