From the pictures in the add, I thought these were going to be hard-cased koozies, not foam ones. They’re not worth the price I paid.

I have still not received this product and UPS says it has been out for delivery to my i hi one for 5 days. I would just like to know when and if I am going to receive these koozies?

I thought this was going to be a metal or plastic koozie. It's my fault I didn't read the full description of the item, but either way the quality isn't that great. The pattern I picked is very full and diluted looking, not entirely as pictured.

Very thin material and the colors are dull. This will not keep anything cold it’s too thin.

Very disappointed I bought this & when I was using it I got a wiff of cigarettes so I leaned my nose over to see if it was coming from the koozie & sure enough the koozie I had ordered stunk badly like cigarettes & I highly hate the stink of cigarettes & I am most definitely positively sure that a person with asthma wouldn’t appreciate this stinky koozie either!!

Cheap. Thin. You cant tell in the pictures but the two side seams do not match up and make the koozie look like very low quality. Bought this as a gift and ashamed to give it. Not worth how much it cost - $13.90!!! Expected more. Slow shipping.

I ordered two of these. One was the wrong design and the two that I did receive, looked very faded, not as pictured. When emailed, they did respond that they would send me the correct one. However, I will not buy anymore because the image looks real clear on the photo but not good in real life.

The image is really faded like and doesn’t look like the picture displayed. it looks like it’s been left out in the sun. They also didn’t ship it when it said it would be shipped and when I emailed them I got a response back to cancel the order and I never mentioned canceling just that I didn’t like how I didn’t receive it when it said I would. Will not order from them again.

The koozies are too small. It’s so hard to get a can in it. They’re super cute though!

Product themselves are decent. However, I placed the order in late April and it took well over a month to get the Can Huggers. I needed them by May 22nd. Emailed Boutique Monogram on May 19th and also Jane.com requesting to cancel the order since they hadn't been shipped out yet. Boutique Monogram responded with an automated email. Jane.com promptly took over and received a REAL response when they reached out. My request to cancel the order was not responded too and I received the item May 28th. 6 days after I needed them. Would not purchase from Boutique Monogram again.

Poor quality product & slow shipping

I received the wrong design but not worth the trouble to send back. I gave the snakeskin koozie to a neighbor.
