Love love LOVE this blanket! Bought #8 for my Granna because she loves blankets and navy blue with flowers and had “Granna” put on it as the name. Such a great item!!! It’s made beautifully!

Purchased two. The font with brush strokes isn't legible. Disappointed in quality. Gave to someone who has an iPhone plus so the weight is almost too much to push this stand over. The patterns on the back rest aren't very clear. I wouldn't order again unfortunately. Two thin, light weight plastic pieces make up this stand and a slight blow in the wind is enough to push this over.

Horrible customer service. I ordered this Dec 9th with a guarenteed ship date of Dec 20. Finally shipped on Dec 21. I emailed twice asking for a refund or faster shipping as I needed it by Christmas Day. I finally heard back from them (other than their kick back email saying they were gone until January). They provided a return label but offered NO APOLOGY for their poor customer service. Needless to say, I ended up spending more money on another gift so my neice's would have something to open from me for Christmas. I shop on Jane daily but will make sure I don't order from Boutique Monogram again.
