Seriously the BEST cup EVER! This keeps Ice cold for hours if not the entire day. Will definitely be buying another one for my office!!

The background is too dark, you can't see the name embroidery. I selected the buffalo checkered design. I tried to contact the seller several weeks ago and no response. Really disappointed.
