Item came in a cream color. Picture showed it as a white background color. I had ordered the matching blanket for daughter bday this summer and it is white for sure. A bit disappointed.

Nice but thin and I wish it was 2 sided.
I loved the item, however, the rest for the wrist smells really bad. Very strong odor that I am not sure how to get rid of. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I cannot use the item because it smells up my entire office.
That mouse pad is packaged up immediately after printing and some of the items might have an ink smell upon arrival. We don't know why this only affects a few, It might have to do with the shipping climate. Please unwrap the item & we will gladly replace the item if it is not gone in 24 hours!
