Ordered 2 flags on 10/26/18. They were set to ship by 11/11/18. I received 1st flag 11/3/18 and 2nd flag 11/13/18. There was no known need to mail these gardens flags separately. My issue is with HOW the flags arrived. They were each folded into quarters. So now I have to press them to get the folds out of the flags before hanging them. It would have been so much nicer to ship them in a flat mailer - not a fancy mailer - simply a flat mailer to accommodate a 12" x 18" flag. Also - emailed Boutique Monogram on 11/11/18 asking when I could expect to receive my 2nd flag and have not received a reply.
