I just received the blanket. The fabric and design are very nice. The problem is the name is wrong. It says Paisley! It should say MISSY! It is for a birthday gift in September. I left a comment on customer service. I need to reorder new blanket and return incorrect one.

If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional. I honestly feel like I was scammed. I ordered a blanket with the name “Nora” on it. Not really sure how you can mess that up but they sure did. They sent a blanket with two words on it. You can’t even read what the words are so I can’t tell you exactly what it says. But it sure isn’t Nora. I have tried 3 different times to get in contact with the specific boutique and with Jane and haven’t heard back from either. I just wanted them to either send the correct item or give a refund. I have always liked using Jane. I feel like I usually get what I was expecting but this experience has totally turned me off from them. They are there for you to take your money but don’t give a 💩 about you if they make a mistake. Byeeeee

This is a cute desk pad BUT the colors are not as bright as the picture online.

I've purchased from this seller before, and LOVED the product. This one seems to be taking FOREVER to ship, I ordered on 8/1 and it is now 8/22 and I don't see an update. I understand that personalized items often take longer... this one feels longer. HOWEVER, I cannot wait for my bright, beautiful mat to liven up my boring office space. Feel great about the price/quality - will feel even better when I actually have it in my hands.
