Received my three blankets - two were of a different brand of blanket and the fabric was more similar to a soft, thin, bath towel versus the third blanket that was soft, plush and perfect. I emailed right away with my concerns and got a quick response about replacing the two unsatisfactory blankets. I am excited to receive the two new ones and am sure my daughters will love them.
