It said it shipped September 23rd but I haven't received it yet..... and it's October 22nd, I emailed, but the email provided is a no reply? How do I get in contact to get a refund or talk to someone about how to get my items?

This looks nice on my desk. I love that it looks just like the picture only with our last name on it. Very pretty.

Has a very strong smell upon opening, hoping if I leave it out a few days, the smell will go away. Besides that, very cute mat.
