Very nice and personalized. I just thought you’d get two different coasters instead of the same design on both

While I love the potential functionality of these koozies as Christmas gifts, I am disappointed in the poor quality I received for $12.99 each. One koozie (#26), has a large deep crease on one side and double insulation, which does not match the other side or the other two koozies. Another koozie (#12), has faded lines/markings throughout the design. Only koozie #2 appears to be fairly normal, although all three designs appear “fuzzy” and faded, not crisp as indicated in the images when they were up for sale.

I wish the seller would package these differently, instead of folding it in a thin bag. It came with lots of creases and wrinkles. But it is very soft, same design & padding as a dish mat.
Sadly I have a “Catherine” instead of a “Christine”. Although my receipt shows the proper name. That is fixable however, I purchased several patterns all of which look like they’ve been through the wash several times.
