These seemed like they were going to be a quality monogram. It was a cheap paper sticker on the front. I am going to return these. I’ve never returned anything I’ve gotten from Jane. I do realize all things ship from different companies and this is a risk

The print is only on one side and there is no tab to hook the flag to the pole, so it slides down.

If you wanting to hang the item at an angle, a safety pin will do the trick :) While this deal did not include hanging loops on the flags, we do offer them our website.

The item was very nice but the service from jane wasn't. I wanted to cancel my order and reorder because I wanted to change what was said and the boutique said that I had to go through Jane. I emailed Jane while the sale was still going on and hadn't ended and I never heard back. So the flag was great quality but Jane's service wasn't.
