Super cute! Excellent quality! Can’t wait to see my sisters face when I give her it! She is OBSESSED with cows so the Wilma cup was perfect

First order arrived in a timely manner and was on the cheaper side but still cute. Second order was lost in delivery. I reached out multiple times and kept receiving automated messages back. Finally got a hold of the seller and they didn't answer my question on if I could get a replacement shipped out ASAP. More emails back and forth to finally find out that they don't offer refunds. Jane customer service was great and let me to talk to the seller right away. Still awaiting my order to arrive, it has been over a month.
