Personalized Sporty Pillow Covers

I ordered in November for a Christmas gift and received the incorrect spelling on an item and emailed as soon as I got it to have it corrected since it was printed wrong on their end and they said they would correct it and get it to me and now it’s mid-January and I’ve still not received the corrected product or any reason for the delay. Very disappointed with the service.
