Product themselves are decent. However, I placed the order in late April and it took well over a month to get the Can Huggers. I needed them by May 22nd. Emailed Boutique Monogram on May 19th and also Jane.com requesting to cancel the order since they hadn't been shipped out yet. Boutique Monogram responded with an automated email. Jane.com promptly took over and received a REAL response when they reached out. My request to cancel the order was not responded too and I received the item May 28th. 6 days after I needed them. Would not purchase from Boutique Monogram again.

Hi Jennifer, we are sorry the order shipped 2 days late. We are working around the clock with a smaller staff than usual due to covid. Regulations should be lifted anytime so we can return to full capacity and be back to 100%.
