Never received

I received the incorrect name! It wasn't even close to what I ordered.

The flag I received was very cute but it had the wrong name on it! I’ve been too busy with out of town guests to reach out about returning it. Fortunately it’s a common name and I have a friend with the other name. Really feel sorry for whoever got my flag bc of our strange name!

Still waiting on 2 flags I ordered.

Flag was shipped w wrong name. Trouble contacting seller to get a refund.

These were pretty flags however, one of the flags I ordered came in wrong. I sent 2 emails trying to get it fixed with no answer to either email. Very disappointed as the wrong name was on the flag so it can't be used at all. You would think when you buy 4 flags and one was wrong, the seller would try to make it right with the customer. Very disappointed!

Still haven’t received my item even though the expected date has passed several days ago. I keep receiving requests to review an item that’s nowhere in sight, so this is the only review I can leave at this point.

I got my flag in the mail...it was supposed to say 'Merry Christmas Cassinger's' Instead the flag says 'Merry Ccassinger's Cassinger's' What a waste of $15. From reading other reviews now that I have gotten this in the mail, seems it is hard to contact the seller. I won't make that mistake again!

I never received my flag.

I did not receive the flag I ordered whatsoever. The flag I received has a cat on it (which is not even pictured in this ad) and is not personalized.

Print was nice, but the material is so thin that it is hard to see it while by our front entrance in the garden. Very disappointed with this.

The design was cute, however, the flag was paper thin.

Cheap quality

The quality of this item is not very good, the flags are rather small and do not come with hangers as pictured.

Super sad! This flag is only printed on one side. Quality was good ... but what do you do with a one side flag??!!!

This flag is half the size of my other garden flags. Also one sided.

Seems very cheaply made, print looks like picture but in cheap flag material. Also it completely white on the back which makes its stand out and cant be placed on a pole sideways as the print is only on one side and this is the first time I have purchased a flag with print only on one side

Looks so cute but not sewn straight Giving as a gift so I was disappointed as it is personalized The flag will hang crooked Would hope for quality check before shipping Would not recommend

Did not end up liking the flag as much in real life, wish I wouldn't have spent money on a personalized flag and probably will in the future.
