Order arrived with incorrect personalization. I have had ZERO response from the seller with several attempts to get the problem resolved.

Horrible customer service- carrier has not delivered item/ no answer from carrier and seller responds with automated email. Carrier says to contact seller and seller says to contact carrier. Do not purchase from this seller unless you want to throw your money down a drain.
