Ordered this Dec 13 th and still have received it!!

Ordered on December 13, says delivered in Costa Mesa January 4. which is not where I live. Emailed and got an automated response.

Never received, which is disappointing. I was very excited about this product. I have contacted the seller about sending a replacement item or issuing a refund, and will update my review based on their response. I wish sellers would stop using DHL shipping, because they are notoriously unreliable.

So I originally gave 5 stars for this item because it was so cute and looked great on my counter. Within 3 weeks of using it, it completely molded. I’ve never had this happen with other dish mats and I’m so disappointed!!

This is extremely disappointing and frustrating I received my package today and it was not only NOT the customer dish mat I ordered it is one that was NOT even advertised I immediately sent an email asking what I needed to do on my end to resolve the issue, I provided photos as well. I received an automated reply asking me to reply to the email which I did and received the EXACT same auto email message. I would love to resolve this issue if this seller would reach out and respond appropriately .!.

Cute but I have ordered two and my receipt says I paid for two but only received one.

Paper thin and looks quite cheap

Cute but the tan looks very pink.

Arrived quickly. Looks ok

The mat itself is beautiful. However, it arrived with a sticky dirt on about 1/4 of it. Not sure if it was from the mail or prior.
