Actually, I did email you. Twice. So did Jane customer support. I even tried to find you on Facebook to make things right but you aren't getting my messages. Tried both emails as well, the one you originally emailed me from and the one you used for your order, to no avail. You actually purchased just the 24 piece sticker kit. not a putty monster. I would have gladly made it right if you had been able to read my emails. Thanks so much, Trish
